How do I disable two-factor authentication (2FA)?

To turn off 2FA on your Pin up account, you need to do it from your profile security settings:

1. Log in to your Pin up account on the website or mobile app.
2. Go to “Profile” or “My Account”.
3. Open the “Security” or “Login & Security” section.
4. Find “Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)” or “Google Authenticator”.
5. Click “Disable” or “Turn off”.
6. Enter the current 2FA code from your app (Google Authenticator, etc.) to confirm.

After this, you will be able to log in with only your password.

Note: It is safer to keep 2FA enabled, especially if you play at the casino regularly or keep money in your balance. Disable it only if you are changing phone or authenticator app, and set it up again afterwards.
