How do I report a technical issue on Pin-Up?
To report a technical issue on Pin up, use the support tools in your account:
- Take a screenshot of the problem (error message, loading issue, casino game not opening, payment not showing, etc.).
- Go to Support / Help in the menu (usually at the bottom of the site or in the app side menu).
- Choose Live Chat or Email / Ticket option.
- Clearly describe the issue:
- When it started
- Which page or casino game
- Your device (Android, iOS, PC) and browser/app version
- Attach the screenshot if possible and send the message.
