I forgot my Pin-Up password/username – what should I do?
If you forgot your Pin-Up login details, you can reset them from the login page:
- Go to the official Pin up website or open the mobile app.
- Click “Log in” and then choose “Forgot password?”.
- Enter the email or phone number you used for registration.
- Confirm with the SMS code or email link you receive.
- Set a new password and save it.
If you cannot remember your username, try:
- Checking your email inbox or SMS for old registration messages from the casino.
- Using your email / phone instead of username on the login form.
If nothing works, contact Support via live chat or email, provide your phone, email, and full name so they can restore access safely. Tip: write down your new password in a secure place to avoid future problems.
