How to recover a forgotten PIN for my account?

If you forgot the PIN for your Pin up account, you can reset it in a few simple steps:

1. Go to the Pin up website or mobile app and click “Login.”
2. Under the PIN / password field, select “Forgot PIN?” or “Forgot password?” option.
3. Enter your registered email or mobile number used at Pin up.
4. Confirm the request and check your SMS or email for a reset link or code.
5. Open the link / enter the code and create a new strong PIN (avoid simple 1234).

After resetting, log in again and make sure you can access casino games and other sections.
Tip: Do not share your new PIN with anyone and avoid saving it on shared devices, especially if you play from public Wi‑Fi or office computers.
