Why is my Pin-Up deposit not credited?

If your Pin-Up deposit is not showing in your balance, first check if the payment was actually completed on your side.

Do this:

1. Check transaction status in your bKash/Nagad/card or bank app. Make sure it shows “Successful”.
2. Wait 10–30 minutes. Sometimes casino deposits to Pin up can be delayed by the payment provider.
3. Refresh your balance: log out of your account, log in again, and open the Cashier / Balance section.
4. Check deposit history in your Pin-Up profile to see if the transaction is listed but pending.
5. Contact support if it’s still missing after 30–60 minutes:
   • Send them a screenshot of the payment
   • Share time, amount, method, and transaction ID

Tip: Always save the payment receipt until the money appears in your Pin-Up account.
