Why was my Pin-Up bonus not credited?

If your Pin up bonus was not credited, it usually means one of the bonus conditions was not met or there is a delay in processing.

Check these steps:

Confirm bonus activation – Make sure you actually clicked “Get bonus” or entered the promo code before making a deposit.
Check minimum deposit – See the promo rules and confirm your deposit amount meets the required minimum in BDT.
