Pin-Up app not working – what to do?

If the Pin up app is not opening, crashing, or loading slowly, try these quick checks:

1. Check your internet:

   • Make sure mobile data or Wi‑Fi is on and stable.
   • Try opening any other website or app to confirm.

2. Restart the app and phone:

   • Close the Pin-Up app fully (from recent apps).
   • Restart your phone and open the app again.

3. Update or reinstall the app:

   • Go to the official Pin-Up download page.
   • Download the latest Android/iOS version.
   • Uninstall the old app, then install the new one.

4. Clear cache (Android):

   • Settings → Apps → Pin-Up → Storage → Clear cache.

5. Check access limits:

   • Some networks in Bangladesh may block casino apps. Try a different network or Wi‑Fi.

If it still doesn’t work, contact Pin-Up support with screenshots and your device model.
