How long does Pin-Up account verification (KYC) take?
Pin up usually checks your KYC documents quite fast, but the time can vary.
Normally:
- Automatic check: If your documents are clear and match your data, verification can take from a few minutes up to a few hours.
- Manual review: If support needs to check manually, it may take up to 24–72 hours.
To speed up verification:
- Upload a clear photo/scan of your ID (no blur, all corners visible).
- Make sure your name, date of birth, and address match your Pin-Up profile.
- Send proof of address (bank statement, utility bill, etc.) not older than 3 months.
You can check your status in the profile section of the casino account. If it takes more than 72 hours, contact support via live chat or email with your user ID.
