My Pin-Up account is hacked – what should I do?

If you think your Pin up account is hacked, act fast to protect your money and data:

1. Change password immediately

   • Try to log in to your Pin-Up account.
   • Go to Profile → Security and set a strong new password (mix letters, numbers, symbols).
   • If you cannot log in, use “Forgot password” and reset via email or phone.

2. Enable extra protection

   • Turn on two-step verification (if available).
   • Check and update your phone number and email.

3. Block suspicious activity

   • Check your balance, bets, and casino history for unknown transactions.
   • Cancel open bets if possible.

4. Contact support right away

   • Write to live chat or email support explaining: “Account hacked, unknown logins/bets.”
   • Send any screenshots or SMS/email alerts.
