Why has my account been blocked or suspended?
Your Pin up account is usually blocked or suspended for security or rule violations. Common reasons:
- Wrong password entered many times
- Suspicious login from new device or country
- Incomplete KYC verification
- Use of fake data, multiple accounts, or bonus abuse
To check and restore access:
- Read your email/SMS – Pin up often sends the reason and instructions.
- Try password reset – click “Log in” → “Forgot password?” and follow the steps.
- Contact support – via live chat or email from the website/app.
- Send documents if asked – NID/passport, sometimes payment proof, to confirm identity.
Note: Do not create a new casino account if yours is blocked. This can make things worse. Always solve it with support first.
